Aksel Lund
The Rev Aksel Johan Lund is a theologian, researcher, and ordained minister from the Church of Norway. He is recognized for his focus on ecotheology, environmental ethics, and liturgical development. He is a Ph.D. candidate at VID Specialized University (VID vitenskapelige høgskole) in Stavanger, Norway. His specialised fields include ecotheology, environmental ethics, and liturgical theology. Aksel represents the Church of Norway in global religious initiatives aimed at environmental action. Notably, he has served as a key speaker at major interfaith environmental summits, such as the Assisi Conference, where he coordinated with other global bodies like the Anglican Communion Environment Network to promote climate change awareness within the church community.
