Matthew Dowsey
The Rev Matthew Dowsey is an experienced Anglican priest currently serving as an Honorary Associate Priest at St George’s Anglican Church in Malvern, Victoria. He previously served as Vicar of St Martin's, South Yarra, making him one of our ecumenical neighbours when we were based there. Fr Matthew was born and raised in Melbourne, having trained theologically in Adelaide and ordained for the Diocese of Adelaide. Matthew returned to Melbourne in 1996 predominantly working as hospital chaplain and as parish priest in several parishes. He is a dog lover, and keen on baroque concerts and playing scrabble.
