The Rev Will Small is an Australian poet, speaker, podcaster, and pastor known for blending philosophy, literature, and hip-hop into his creative work. He is the founder of the production company Lead by Story and actively leads alternative ministry initiatives on the New South Wales Central Coast, particularly as a pastor of Meeting Ground, a simple Christian congregation tailored for people seeking a less program-centric church model. Will hosts the Spiritual Misfits Podcast, focusing on open conversations about faith, doubt, and deconstruction for those on the margins of traditional church spaces.
