David Devine
The Revd David Devine currently serves as the Head of Church Health and Capacity Building for the Baptist Union of Victoria (BUV) which help congregations assess and improve their internal health and ministry effectiveness. He is also the Chairman of the BUV Professional Standards Group. He previously served as senior pastor of the Rowville Baptist Church. David holds several degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy, a Bachelor of Theology, a Diploma in Pastoral Studies, and a Master of Arts in Ministry. He was ordained in South Australia.
